Happy Monday loves.  This week honestly is going to be super rough and emotional for me because Sofia officially turns 1 on Friday and all I want to do is cry.  I want to cry because I am so happy and amazed at how she is growing, but also sad to see my baby become a toddler; even though it technically feels like it since she is already in 2T clothes.

Just like the quote goes “If life gives you lemons, make lemonade”, that is exactly what I will be trying to do with dealing of my little girl growing.  So please bear with me as my posts might be shorter and to the point, so that I will have more time to spend with her during these last few days as a 11 month old.

For the past 2 weeks Houston has been feeling and looking AH-mazing!!!! I swear, spring has already sprung and this dress (yes, it is a dress, but it is too short on me so I made it a top) has given me all the feels.  My mother in law bought it for me for Christmas and I was so glad that I could finally wear it.  Sadly, I haven’t been able to find the exact one anywhere online, so I just linked a few different styles with lemon print for under $50 that I think you all would like as well.

Anyways, I am headed to hanging out with my little girl and have a quick bite with a friend before we get back to doing more DIY for her birthday this Saturday. Have a great day guys!! <3
