Even though we technically sprung forward for Spring, I went back to fall for this look since the weather in Houston is stating differently. For the past few weeks it has been consistently hot, and these past few days have been colder, but oh so gorgeous.
So when you have a little mix of both, I like to keep warm but allow me to have some spring like outfit essentials, like this mini skirt. So one of my fun clothing “hacks” that I do is purchase girls clothing. From workout pieces, tops, sweaters and skirts just like this, I purchase either L/XL or do the 11/12 or 13/14 sizes. This one was on sale at Zara about 1-2 months ago for $10 and I just couldn’t pass it up.
I decided with this look to include a lot of different fall colors, and they ended up working out perfectly. The felt hat is actually a vintage one of my moms from the 70’s and honestly one of my favorites.
Now here is to 1 more day until Friday; we got this guys!! <3
