As you can tell from Monday’s post I am totally obsessing over statement sleeves for the holiday season, and this gingham billow sleeve is another one of my favorites.  It takes what would have been a normal blouse up a few notches and makes it a total stunner and upgrades any look.

I loved pairing mine with my favorite black pair of denim and my over the knee boots that are great with pretty much every outfit.  When not wearing it with pants I would totally pair it with a cute sleeveless dress like this one, or this one.
