One of my go to tops year round is a button down, but most importantly a flannel one for the fall and winter.  This flannel top is currently on sale for $28 and is seriously so soft.  I love that the colors are still festive enough, but the black tones it down a notch.  They are one of the most versatile tops and can be worn in a million different ways.  And don’t forget that they’re comfortable, cozy and usually inexpensive.

Pairing it then with a simple dark denim, black over the knee boots and a beanie bring it all together.  Not only are they cute and comfy, but also very inexpensive, i.e the $28 price point.

5 Different Ways on Styling Flannel Shirts

1. Flannel under a sweater and have your sleeves and collar pop out

2. Unbutton your flannel and wear it with a casual look like a basic tee and leggings

3. Layer it under a vest

4. Wrap it around your waist with a basic tee, pair of jeans and sneakers

5. Add a chunky scarf to the mix
