Bring Heart Home with Stage Stores & the American Heart Association

The older I have gotten I have realize how precious life is and how important it is for every single one of us to take care of our body, our minds and especially our hearts. Today I am so excited to say that I am partnering with Stage Stores and the American Heart Association to raise awareness and funs to make a different one people health, homes and our communities with their #bringhearthome campaign.

Within this campaign I am making it a mission to help bring awareness about the importance of heart health and encourage all of you to share your own experiences and what you are doing to help give back to the American Heart Association.

If you have followed me for awhile now you know that my parents haven’t been in the best health and we have gotten a few scares from my mom, especially recently. With this being said I have made it a personal choice to help any one, especially my parents to make sure they care of their heart and health so that they can have many more years of life to enjoy with family and friends!!

Thoughout the month of April, Stage will be hosting activations and give back initiatives to raise money for the American Heart Association. To get involved you can go to your local Stage stores, a list HERE, or online where for every #bringhearthome photo shares as a post on either Facebook or Instagram using the hashtag, Stage will donate $1 to the American Heart Association!!!! How amazing is that!! <3

So what are some ways we an make sure we keep our heart healthy and in a good state?? Below is a fact sheet that has tons of information to make it easy and simple to understand and to remember. I already have this printed in my mom and also gave it to my parents for a reminder. 🙂

By talking to this amazing #bringhearthome campaign I also want to share that Stage is growing their home section in stores and it has enabled me to update my home by organizing, decluttering and refreshing my space to foster harmony and peace. Sometimes it is the little things that can help you remain calm and at peace with things that are having or have happened in life.
