Maternity NYE Look

I hope everyone had a wonderful few days this past week getting to spend it with your family and friends.  This one for myself was even more special because my husband and I got a ton of cute gifts for Sofia Everly, and one particular outfit totally made me cry!! The next few days my husband and I will packing to get ready to head to Atlanta to see the University of Houston play in the Peachbowl..we seriously can not wait!! Any one that knows us understands the addiction to UH football.  Go Coogs!!!img_6482 New Year’s Eve is always a great reason to get all dolled up in your best outfit and take on the town.  This year we will be celebrating at our hotel’s NYE’s Party that is sure to be a blast.  When thinking about what I wanted to wear this New Year, I couldn’t help but always lean towards a bodycon dress.  I know I have talked about this style in a recent post, but I really can’t get enough of them.  With my baby bump in full display I want to completely show it off.

I can honestly say that I love being pregnant and all the factors that have come with it.  Even with a rough first trimester, everything since that has gone so smooth, and I get extremely excited for the changes that happen.

I got this dress at Marshall’s last year for $15 and I couldn’t believe how much of a steal it was.  Not only is the color beautiful, but it is a great length for my tall frame and has a slight cutout detail in the back which I absolutely love.  In order to pump up the look I paired it with a Charming Charlie necklace and bracelets, and one of my favorite Burdlife earrings.  For the heels I decided to go away from the wine/pink color concept and add a pop of leopard..always a fun addition.
