Where to Find Your Evening Gowns For a Steal

With February coming to close and spring right around the corner, that means a lot of events that contain evening gowns and cocktail dresses will be in the future. Prom being a huge one. I had my prom in May 2005…yes people that is 14 years ago, and thinking back about mine and even seeing my cousins going to prom, I realize how much money you spend on a dress that you literally wear once, maybe twice if your lucky.

Of course you not only want to look amazing, but I feel like everyone wants to be so over the top or have this crazy ball gown with so much fluff it makes you look like a cupcake. Even with my prom I never went that route and did a silk slim fitting halter dress, but did have a fun bright color because I wanted to stand out from my high school crowd.

Now that 14 years has passed, I realized that girls heading into those big moments really need to not only feel pretty, but stand out in something that will last them years to come and for a good price that won’t break the bank.

When I was searching for a dress I wanted something classic, and nothing says that more than a little black dress…or in my case a big black dress. 😉 This one was normally $695 and I got it for $199.98; that is a $500 savings in price and it really does not get much better than that.
