For summer I live in LWD (little white dresses). Not only do they go with a nice tan, but they are great way of keeping somewhat cool in our scorching Houston weather.
The previous weekend my husband, daughter and I headed to Waco for a quick weekend trip to celebrate his first Father’s Day and our 2nd wedding anniversary. When packing I knew that this new dress I got from Altar’d State it was coming with me.
When we arrived to Waco we first headed to the Dr. Pepper Museum since it felt like over 100 degrees outside and we didn’t want Sofia out in that intense heat. After that we headed to the hotel and relaxed and got Sofia a little nap before we headed to Magnolia Market (here, here, and here). I am a huge fixer upper fan and binge watched the first 2 seasons after Sofia was born; I slightly feel bad for my husband because every show I watch he knows I am going to want to go out and decorate or look for furniture sales. lol (poor guy) We got there right at about 5pm which ended up being perfect because we got parking right in front and there was hardly a crowd. Going in I wanted to buy everything I saw but I was really good and just left with a ton of gorgeous photos and a need to come back again.
Once we left we toured where the original Magnolia Market was, the Baylor football stadium and Baylor University. These pictures were actually taken place at Baylor right next to the church they have on campus. It was absolutely gorgeous and I could have stayed there all day.
Have a great Monday everyone!!
