Why You Need To Stay At The INNSIDE by Melia in NYC

I can’t believe it has already been almost two weeks since I went to NYC for NYFW.  New York City is one of my most absolute favorite cities in the US and I just can’t get enough.  The moment I hope off the plane I insert Taylor Swift’s song “Welcome To New York”, and get excited for a fun few days in the city.

During our time in NYC we stayed at the INNSIDE by Melia Nomad located conveniently in the trendy area of Nomad.   It’s located a six-minute walk to Madison Square Garden and a 12-minute walk to the Empire State Building and only a few blocks away from the Flatiron where we took a lot of good outfit shots.  The hotels has 313 contemporary guest rooms and suites and honestly the most gorgeous city views I have ever had when I have stayed in NYC.  With a view of the 9/11 Memorial and the miles of rooftop views, it seriously was spectacular.

The moment we walked into the hotel I knew this is exactly where we needed to be.  From the friendly staff and contemporary yet industrial ambience it made for a blogger paradise.  The moment we arrived we started shooting in the restaurant and then taking in the amazing meals at The Wilson, which we enjoyed every single bite.  Another special food treat is that downstair is an the second part to The Wilson, where a stunning design features an all-season heated patio perfect for alfresco dining, a bright and airy main bar, and a private dining and events space featuring 30-feet ceilings and a living moss wall.

The moss wall honestly took my breathe away and right above you there was a tree like light installation, so you felt like you were in the jungle.  It was so magical and nothing I have seen in NYC before.

During our sty we were on the 19th floor in a two bed guest suite and for 4 bloggers here for fashion week, it was more spacious then we ever thought it could be.  Due to the simplicity of the rooms not having a ton of “stuff” around (dressers and such), we could actually have room for our luggages and carryons without each of us running all over each other.  Plus the view from room, the super comfy beds and quietness being so high up was a dream.

Each of us are moms, so a quite weekend while we have some fun and do what we love was jut what the doctor ordered, and the INNSIDE by Melia really helped out on this one.

Thank you to the INNSIDE by Melia Nomad for partnering with us on our stay.  As always all thoughts and options are my own.
